Our Fees
(Effective from July 2025)
Our fees are based on a 50-minute session, with additional time allocated for planning and documentation as outlined. They apply to both face-to-face and Telehealth therapy sessions and assessments. Below are the fees for our NDIS clients and private paying clients.
Initial Consultation
- NDIS clients – $290.99
- Private paying clients – $315
This includes:
- 1 hour parent only consultation
- 30 minutes clinical analysis & non-contact assessment tasks
Second Consultation
- NDIS clients – $242.49
- Private paying clients – $210
This includes:
- 10 minutes preparation, planning
- 50 min consultation + 10 mins clinical note taking
N.B. Full assessments for the purpose of NDIS FCA are conducted over 3 sessions and reporting is billed separately.
Subsequent Assessment & Treatment Sessions
- NDIS clients – $242.49
- Private paying clients – $210
Reporting costs
- NDIS clients – $193.99 / hour
- Private paying clients – $210 / hour
Home, School and Kindy Visits
- Session rates – same as above
- Travel time – $97/ hour
- Additional reporting charges apply
Cancellation Policy – NDIS clients
We understand things come up. To support fair access to services and reduce wait times:
- Clinic appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel.
- Home/school visits require 48 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
Cancellation Policy – Private paying clients
- Clinic appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel.
- Home/school visits require 48 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $100.
You can reschedule within one week of the original booking to avoid a cancellation fee. If the rescheduled session is missed, the full fee applies.
We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. If you can’t get to the clinic, please consider the following service options in place of a clinic visit:
- Telehealth
- Parent consultation or education (phone/ zoom)
You’ll receive an SMS reminder 48 hours before your session (Friday for Monday and Tuesday appointments). These are a courtesy—please keep track of your own bookings.

Frequent Cancellations
Continuity of care is important for achieving positive outcomes for your child. Frequent cancellations can inhibit your child’s progress, delay the achievement of their therapy goals and reduce the availability of therapy services for other people. Squish Kids may withdraw services from clients who frequently cancel or fail to attend appointments, regardless of the amount of notice given. Please discuss any questions or concerns about this with your therapist or receptionist.
